| Laundry Money Given for Myanmar Relief | On Wednesday, May 7, an Anderson University Student walked into Church of God Ministries with a container full of loose change. He wanted to make a donation on behalf of his dormitory friends to the Church of God’s disaster relief effort to Myanmar. And he used a creative approach to raise $120 to give to this worthy cause.
The student went around his dorm Tuesday night collecting change that students had kept back for laundry. “I figured now that the school year is over, most people would have their moms doing their laundry, so they would not need the change anymore,” said the student, who asked that he not be identified but the gift credited to the residents of Dunn Hall.
