What can you do to keep growing as a leader?

• Attend a valuable workshop offered by our partners or us. These include Intimate Life leadership conferences, INJOY Ministries, and our North American Convention; each will expand your thinking as a leader.
• Share with other leaders at Pastors' Roundtables or at Associates Retreat.
• Read some cutting edge leadership books that can help you grow as a leader. Two recommendations we have are Leading Without Power by Max De Pree, published by Jossey-Bass and Visioneering by Andy Stanley, published by Multnomah publisher. You can buy these books at your local bookstore or check for them on the web.
• Establish relationships with an accountability partner and a mentor.
• Maintain healthy relationships with your spouse and family. Check out Intimate Life Galatians 6:6 conferences to revitalize your marriage and family.
• Go back to school! Perhaps you will want to consider one of the satellite courses offered by our colleges or School of Theology or maybe you will want to look at earning C.E.U.'s.
• Make personal prayer and Bible Study a priority in your daily routine. Never underestimate the power of time with God!
